Hudson’s Bay Co. to support Olympic Team Canada Through Exciting Event

TORONTO, Ont. – February 16, 2017 – The Hudson’s Bay Company launching our new Team Canada Olympic apparel later this year.  The event, to be hosted on June 15, 2017, will have members of Team Canada and a concert featuring popular Canadian musicians with ‘The Weekend’ headlining. The event is being hosted by the Hudson’s Bay Company in support of Olympic Team Canada.  The event will be held at the Scarborough Convention Center at 20 Torham Pl in Toronto. 
“The Hudson’s Bay Company has supported our team by ensuring we have everything we need to do our country proud.  Its Olympic apparel looks great and helps represent the athleticism this great country represents,” said Sidney Crosby, captain of team Canada’s Olympic hockey team.  Other athletes will be present at the event and will make themselves available for questions and autographs for fans. 
Company representatives will be present speaking on behalf of their merchandise and the Hudson’s Bay Company.  With several VIP’s such as the company’s CEO Gerald Storch and the lines designers will be in attendance for the reveal.  The event will be hosted at “Eglington Grand” in downtown Toronto with tickets going on sale on March 21.  All Hudson’s Bay retail stores and subsidiaries will sell tickets for the event at varying costs.
